Shoulder issues, help me with my case please

I have had some niggling shoulder sensations for the last couple of months so got an ultra sound and this is hat they found....

All rotator cuff tendons appear normal and intact. There is a small amount of fluid seen in the left subdeltoid-subacromial bursa in the area of the supraspinatus tendon. Small amount of fluid seen round mid portion of left bicep tendon. No Doppler activity.

Conclusions_
Mild tendinosis of left bicep.
Mild bursitis of the left subdeltoid-subacromial bursa.
Normal sonographic appearance of right shoulder.


I am going to take about a month off from shoulder work and chest work and probably do pushups to maintain as much strength as possible, I will also squat and deadlift while trying to loose some weight. I also plan to ice the tendon areas as much as I can and use high strength devils claw, fish oil and super cissus to try and help the healing of the tendon as much as possible.

I have a rehab assessment with a chiropractor next week to see if any kind of rehab will be needed, reading the report does it look like I could go back to pressing in a month or so? Am I missing anything else to help speed up the healing process.

GH takes 6 months to kick in, how long do you need to go off to need another 6months?

So GH takes 3-6 months to get the full benefits, how long do you have to go off before having to do another one of these long waiting periods? I've been on for about 2 months and missed about 2 weeks "separate occasions" during that time, will this set me back significantly?

I'm going to start my next run soon. It's a 12weeker with 125mg trans test, 30mg trans tren, and 20mg dbol. My adex are 1mg capsules. I know the typical way to run adex is .5mg eod. Since mine are 1mg caps, should I run it every three days? Or pour out the cap and divide the contents into two doses and run it eod?

Recently I've been prescribed adderall XR 30mg daily and have been using it to finish getting through college. Ive noticed that sometimes it helps with workouts, and other times I feel oddly weak. I've also been experiencing some very mild pain in my joints, wrist tendons, and rotator cuff area if I workout intensely. Today I came across an article stating that amphetamine use can lead to a condition called rhabdomyolysis, in which vast skeletal muscle protein can be broken down and potentially cause severe pain and kidney damage. Does anyone believe 30mg of XR could possibly lead to this? I also am prescribed 4mg of clonazepam, and 200 mg of doxycyline per day. I inject 200 mg of testosterone cypionate weekly as well. Not sure how I got sucked into the benzo trap but it happened unfortunately

What's up peeps, long time reader, new member of the site and had a quick question. I just started my 2nd cycle of AAS and I started to plan out my third and I am open to any advice. My first cycle was Test E 250mg for 10 weeks, current cycle is Deca 400mg along w 100mg of Test decanoate to keep the member going. And for my next cycle I am planning:

Weeks 1-4: Debol ED 50mg tabs
Weeks 1-10: Test E 500mg EW
Weeks 12-15: Nov 40/40/20/20


Have never ran Debol before so wondering what your results were.

anyone have the same problem? everytime I shave I get red bumps all over my legs and ingrown hairs.... I dont want this to be seen when im posing on stage.... any suggestions?

12x3 Military Press (or should it be Upright Row?)

12x3 Squats

- DAY 2 -

60% of max x 3 Chin Ups
12x3 Bent Over Rows
12x3 Hammer Curls (I have weak wrists and this grip is easier for me)
12x3 Deadlift

So hows that? I figure I'll put at cardio day between each lifting day.

weight training to burn fat

today i'm gonna do something i've been wanting to try for a while now and that is devoting a weight training session for fat burning.
basicly the idear is you choose one compound movement for upper body and one compound movement for lower body and you do them for high reps (probly 12-20) and one right after the other as a superset. you could also do low reps for one movement and high reps for the other.

so:
hang clean and press/front squat for 5 or 6 supersets


to me it makes a lot of sense and it should work quite well because i think the weightlifting approach will put my body in a more anabolic state, as opposed to just running which i think puts you in a more catabolic state. this should make it easier to hold onto muscle and also by lifting weights and using my muscles i am giving signals to my body saying "hey, this muscle is important! don't break this down for energy" and encouraging fat oxidation hopefully. also combining upper and lower body movements should really send a shock to the CNS.

so just wondering what are your guy's thoughts on this...

I plan on starting my first test cycle in a few weeks but I am unable to come across any hcg. should I wait until I can find some or will I be alright? I was also going to run tbol at 50mg for 6 weeks but I was curious if it would be best to jump start or end with it?

I went to my old job yesterday And i had a 200 dollar paycheck i guess i never picked up so Im looking to spend it for an end of summer stack. My goal is to Stay about the same weight but i want to look fuller and leaner.

I've never ran anabeta before so i have no clue how ill respond to it and i have ran XFA and had amazing results with it, but from what i hear the OG is stronger so i want to try that next.

currently the only supps ive been taking is whey, creatine, and EC. So let me hear it should this stack bode well together? Anyone ever try it? or should i use the money on something else?

Before i started my cycle of 1cc Sus, 1cc Ethonate and 1cc of Deca I was using Gammo-o and my libido shot through the roof; but then once I started my cycle my libido went back to normal. Anyone know why?

I've been doing my research on epistane, user logs, and many different supplements and what not and would like to get an opinion from actual members here.

Obviously have the other essentials such as Whey, multivitamins, fish oil, and glucosamine.
I may have left a thing or two out but thats its off the top of my head.

I'm just curious if anyone would recommend an AI or possibly a test booster for pct or anything else to go along with the cycle
